How it works

Write as usual. Mention an employee when you need one.

Messages opens from the Messages entry and from the Team panel at the bottom of the sidebar, on the dashboard and in every chat.

Talk with your team

One to one or in named groups, live: is typing, read receipts and unread counts on every tab and device.

Mention an employee

Type @Priya and it receives the recent messages, files included, and answers in the conversation, in a thread if you asked in one.

Or keep one on watch

Add an employee to a conversation: it reads quietly and does nothing until someone mentions it. Then it has everything said since.

"@Priya, make this a to-do list." Twenty minutes of brainstorming become cards.

Add an AI employee to a group or a direct conversation and it watches. Nothing reaches the AI until someone mentions it. When they do, it has the whole discussion since it was last asked.

Employees that bring each other in

An employee can mention another one in its reply to get the right expert. Firm limits stop loops: three employees deep at most, six woken in total, twenty wake-ups an hour per conversation.
