Connect your WhatsApp account to your AI employees. They can receive and send WhatsApp messages automatically.

Setup
To connect WhatsApp to an employee:
- Go to Settings → Connectors → WhatsApp
- Click Connect WhatsApp
- Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp mobile app
- Once connected, assign the WhatsApp to an employee
Access Control
Control who can message your AI employee via WhatsApp:
- Allow all - Anyone can message the employee
- Allowed contacts only - Only contacts you specify can message
- Your number - Your own WhatsApp number is automatically allowed
Media Handling
Your employee can receive and process:
- Images - Photos and screenshots
- Videos - Video files up to 50MB
- Documents - PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets
- Voice notes - Audio messages (can be transcribed)
Session Persistence
Your WhatsApp connection persists across restarts. You only need to scan the QR code once.
