About Claude

Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant, known for its strong reasoning, safety, and ability to handle complex conversations. Get A Team uses Claude as the primary AI engine for your employees.

Required Integration

Claude integration is mandatory. You will connect your Anthropic account during the onboarding process.

Setup During Onboarding

Claude uses a login-based authentication system. During the Get A Team onboarding process:

  1. You will be prompted to connect your Anthropic account
  2. Click "Connect with Anthropic" to initiate the login flow
  3. Sign in to your Anthropic account (or create one if needed)
  4. Authorize Get A Team to access your Claude API
  5. You'll be redirected back to complete the setup

Creating an Anthropic Account

If you don't have an Anthropic account yet:

  1. Visit console.anthropic.com
  2. Click "Sign Up" and create your account
  3. Add a payment method for API usage
  4. Return to Get A Team onboarding to connect your account

Token Usage

Claude usage is billed per token by Anthropic:

  • Input tokens - Text sent to Claude
  • Output tokens - Text generated by Claude

Monitor usage in Settings → Token Tracking.

Credits Included

Claude usage is covered by your included credits — no separate Anthropic account needed. For advanced needs, you can bring your own API keys (BYOK) via a custom plan.

  • Use Claude 3.5 Sonnet for most use cases - best price/performance
  • Reserve Opus for complex analysis tasks
  • Use Haiku for high-volume, simple queries
  • Set up usage alerts in your Anthropic console
