Initial Configuration

After deployment, follow these steps to configure your Get A Team service.

Access Your Dashboard

Once deployed, Elestio provides you with:

  • Dashboard URL - Your instance address (your-instance.elestio.app)
  • Admin credentials - Email and password for first login
  • SSH access details - For advanced configuration

Check your email

Elestio sends deployment details to your registered email. Check spam folder if you don't see it within 10 minutes.

First Login

  1. Open the dashboard URL provided by Elestio
  2. Enter your admin credentials (email and password from deployment email)
  3. Complete the initial setup wizard if prompted

Dashboard Overview

After login, you'll see the main dashboard with:

  • My Team - List of your AI employees with quick actions
  • Search bar - Filter employees by name or role
  • Action buttons - Extension, Import, Hire Employee
  • User menu - Profile icon in top-right corner

Essential First Steps

Connect Your Accounts

Connect your Anthropic account (login) and add your Gemini API key. FAL is optional. See Setting Up API Keys.

Update Your Profile

Click the profile icon and update your account settings, including language preference.

Hire Your First Employee

Click "Hire Employee" to add your first AI team member. Choose Catalog for quick setup or Guided Hire for customization.
