Audio Quality

Voice Options
Choose how your employee sounds during calls and messages:
- Default Voices - Built-in voice options for messages and calls
- Inworld TTS - Alternative voice engine with different voice styles for both messages and phone calls
- Voice Cloning - Record 15 seconds of audio to create a custom voice that sounds like a specific person
Configure voice settings in Employee Settings under the Voice tab.

Starting a Call
From the chat interface:
- Click the Call button in the chat header
- Allow microphone access when prompted
- Start speaking - the AI will respond naturally
- Click End Call to finish
