Setup

To connect Google Workspace:

  1. Go to SettingsConnectorsGoogle Workspace
  2. Click Connect Google
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Review and approve the requested permissions
  5. Assign the connection to an employee

Permissions

  • Gmail - Read, compose, and send emails
  • Calendar - View and manage calendar events
  • Drive - View and manage files

Personal vs Workspace Accounts

Both personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace organization accounts are supported.
