User Management

Invite team members and manage access to your AI employees.

User Types

RolePermissions
AdminFull access, manage users, billing, settings
ManagerCreate/edit employees, view all conversations
MemberChat with assigned employees only

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click "Invite User"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to create their account.

Connector Permissions

Admins can delegate connector management to other users. This allows non-admin users to configure integrations like Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp without having full admin access.

To grant connector management permission:

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click on the user you want to grant permission
  3. Enable "Connector Management" permission
  4. Save changes

Users with this permission can access Settings → Connectors to configure integrations for their own use.

Managing Users

  • Edit Role - Change user permissions
  • Assign Employees - Control which employees they can access
  • Deactivate - Temporarily disable access
  • Remove - Permanently remove from team
