User Management

Invite team members and manage access to your AI employees. (Enterprise only)

Enterprise Feature

Multi-user access is only available on Enterprise plans. Community plan is single-user only.

User Types

RolePermissions
AdminFull access, manage users, billing, settings
ManagerCreate/edit employees, view all conversations
MemberChat with assigned employees only

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click "Invite User"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to create their account.

Managing Users

  • Edit Role - Change user permissions
  • Assign Employees - Control which employees they can access
  • Deactivate - Temporarily disable access
  • Remove - Permanently remove from team

Unlimited Invitations

Enterprise plans include unlimited user invitations. Add as many team members as you need at no extra cost.
