Conversations
Conversations are the primary way to interact with your AI employees. Each conversation maintains context and can span multiple sessions.
Starting a Conversation
You can start a conversation by:
- Clicking the Chat button on an employee card
- Using the browser extension
- Through the embedded widget (Enterprise)
- Via API (programmatic access)
Conversation Context
Each conversation maintains:
- Message history - All messages in the current session
- File attachments - Shared documents, images, files
- Task context - What the employee is working on
- Memory access - Long-term memories from past conversations
Session Management
A session represents a single conversation thread. You can:
- Continue - Pick up where you left off
- Clear Session - Start fresh (keeps memory)
- Export - Download conversation history
Multi-Channel Conversations
Conversations can happen across multiple channels (Enterprise):

The employee maintains context across all channels - an email conversation can reference a previous chat discussion.
