How Credits Work

Every Geta.Team plan includes credits — the budget that powers your AI employees. Credits are consumed when your employees think, write, analyze documents, generate images, make phone calls, or perform any AI-powered task.

  • Included in every plan — no API keys to configure, no separate bills
  • Reset monthly — credits reset to your plan amount at each billing cycle
  • Shared across employees — all your AI employees draw from the same credit pool

Credit Amounts by Plan

The number of credits scales with your team size. The more AI employees, the more credits included:

  • 1 employee — 8,000 credits/month
  • 5 employees — 38,000 credits/month
  • 10 employees — 74,000 credits/month
  • 25 employees — 180,000 credits/month
  • 50+ employees — 300,000+ credits/month

Viewing Your Usage

Track your credit consumption from the SaaS dashboard:

  • Credits progress bar — see how much of your monthly budget is consumed
  • Per-employee breakdown — identify which employees consume the most
  • Usage trends — track consumption patterns over time

When Credits Run Out

If your credits are exhausted before the billing cycle ends:

  1. Your AI employees pause — they won't process new tasks
  2. A notification directs you to your dashboard
  3. You can upgrade your plan to get more credits immediately
  4. Or wait for the next billing cycle when credits reset automatically

Upgrade anytime

When you upgrade mid-cycle, your remaining credits carry over and are added to the new plan's credits. The new price takes effect immediately.
