Give your AI employees their own email addresses on your domain. They can receive, read, and respond to emails autonomously. (Enterprise only)

Enterprise Feature

Email integration is only available on Enterprise plans. Community plan users can upgrade to access this feature.

How It Works

Each AI employee can have a dedicated email address like jessica@yourdomain.com. They can:

  • Receive - Incoming emails arrive in their inbox
  • Read - AI processes and understands email content
  • Respond - Draft and send appropriate responses
  • Follow-up - Handle follow-ups automatically
  • Organize - Categorize and prioritize emails

Setup Requirements

To enable email for your AI employees, you need to configure DNS records for your domain:

  • MX Record - Points incoming email to Get A Team servers
  • SPF Record - Authorizes Get A Team to send email on your behalf
  • DKIM Record - Cryptographically signs outgoing emails
  • DMARC Record - Defines policy for handling authentication failures

Assigning Email to Employees

  1. Go to the employee's profile (Edit Employee)
  2. Navigate to the Email section
  3. Enter the desired email address (e.g., jessica)
  4. Save changes

The full email address will be [name]@yourdomain.com based on your configured domain.
