Microsoft 365 Integration

Connect your Microsoft 365 account to give AI employees access to Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, and OneDrive.

Available Services

Service Capabilities
Outlook Mail Send emails, read inbox, search messages, manage folders
Outlook Calendar View events, create meetings, check availability, send invites
OneDrive List files, download documents, upload files, share links

Setup

To connect Microsoft 365:

  1. Go to SettingsConnectorsMicrosoft 365
  2. Click Connect Microsoft 365
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  4. Review and approve the requested permissions
  5. Assign the connection to an employee

Permissions

  • Mail.ReadWrite - Read, compose, and send emails
  • Calendars.ReadWrite - View and manage calendar events
  • Files.ReadWrite - View and manage OneDrive files

Organization Accounts

For organization accounts, your IT admin may need to approve the app in Azure AD.
