Setup
To connect Microsoft Teams:
- Go to Settings → Connectors → Microsoft Teams
- Click Connect Teams
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Authorize the GetATeam app
- Assign the connection to an employee
Permissions Required
- Chat.ReadWrite - Read and send chat messages
- User.Read - Read user profile information
- Files.ReadWrite - Upload and download files
Admin Consent
Your Microsoft 365 admin may need to approve the app for your organization.
