Usage Overview

The Admin Usage Overview dashboard shows all usage metrics across users and employees. Track token consumption, conversation counts, and more in one centralized view.

Accessing Usage Overview

The Usage Overview is available to administrators:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon in the header)
  2. Navigate to the Usage tab
  3. View the comprehensive usage dashboard

Metrics Available

The dashboard displays several key metrics:

Token Usage

  • Total tokens consumed - Combined input and output tokens across all employees
  • Per-employee breakdown - See which employees are using the most tokens
  • Per-user breakdown - Track usage by individual users
  • Time-based trends - View usage over different time periods

Conversations

  • Total conversations - Number of chat sessions across all employees
  • Messages sent - Total message count
  • Active sessions - Currently ongoing conversations

Employee Activity

  • Active employees - Employees with recent activity
  • Tool usage - Most used tools and skills
  • Media generated - Images and videos created

Filtering and Export

The dashboard supports:

  • Date range - Filter metrics by specific time periods
  • User filter - Focus on specific users' usage
  • Employee filter - View metrics for specific employees

Access Control

The Usage Overview is restricted to administrators. Regular users can only see their own token usage in their profile, not the organization-wide metrics.
