User Management
Invite team members and manage access to your AI employees.
User Types
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access, manage users, billing, settings |
| Manager | Create/edit employees, view all conversations |
| Member | Chat with assigned employees only |
Inviting Users
- Go to Settings → Users
- Click "Invite User"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click Send Invitation
The invited user will receive an email with instructions to create their account.
Connector Permissions
Admins can delegate connector management to other users. This allows non-admin users to configure integrations like Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp without having full admin access.
To grant connector management permission:
- Go to Settings → Users
- Click on the user you want to grant permission
- Enable "Connector Management" permission
- Save changes
Users with this permission can access Settings → Connectors to configure integrations for their own use.
Managing Users
- Edit Role - Change user permissions
- Assign Employees - Control which employees they can access
- Deactivate - Temporarily disable access
- Remove - Permanently remove from team
