What is Get A Team?
Get A Team is a self-hosted platform for creating and managing AI employees. These AI employees can handle customer support, sales, and other business tasks through chat, email, and voice.
How is Geta.Team hosted?
Geta.Team runs on a dedicated cloud server provisioned for your team — fully managed, no setup required. You choose your region (EU or US) during sign-up. Your data stays on your dedicated infrastructure.
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Every Geta.Team plan includes credits — your AI employees are ready to work out of the box, no API keys required. If you prefer to use your own LLM API keys (BYOK), contact our sales team for a custom plan.
How much does it cost to run AI employees?
Pricing starts at $199/month for 1 AI employee with credits included. The more employees you add, the lower the cost per employee. All plans include cloud hosting, credits, and every feature. See our pricing page for details.
Which AI models are available?
Geta.Team supports multiple AI models including Claude (Anthropic), Google Gemini, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Your included credits cover all supported models. If you need to use a specific provider or on-premise deployment, see our Custom LLM page.
AI Employees
How many employees can I create?
There's no limit on the number of AI employees you can create. Each employee can have different personalities, skills, and roles.
Can employees learn from conversations?
Yes, through the Memory System. Employees can store important information from conversations and recall it in future interactions.
Can I customize employee personalities?
Absolutely. During the hiring process, you configure personality traits, communication style, and behavioral guidelines for each employee.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on your dedicated server. Geta.Team doesn't share data between customers. Your conversations, employee configurations, and files remain on your own infrastructure.
Is conversation data sent to AI providers?
Yes, conversation content is sent to Claude (Anthropic) for processing. Review Anthropic's data policies for details on their handling practices.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you have full access to your database. You can export conversations, employee configurations, and all other data at any time.
Technical
What are the server requirements?
Minimum 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 20GB storage. Recommended 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM for production workloads. See Deployment for details.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, you can configure a custom domain for your Get A Team instance. See Custom Domain for setup instructions.
Is there an API?
